At Kamu Karaoke, we strive to provide an exceptional entertainment experience for all our guests. To ensure availability and quality service, minimum spend requirements apply to specific room reservations during peak hours.
Minimum Spend by Room Type & Time

Medium Room (Up to 10 Guests) – Friday & Saturday After 10 PM**

1–3 Guests: No minimum spend requirement

4–5 Guests: $200 minimum spend

6–8 Guests: $300 minimum spend

9–10 Guests: $500 minimum spend

A maximum of 3 payment splits is accepted.

Large Room (Up to 15 Guests) – Friday & Saturday After 10 PM**

$1,000 minimum spend

A maximum of 3 payment splits is accepted.

Suites (16–30 Guests) – Monday to Sunday**

6 PM–10 PM: $1,500 minimum spend

After 10 PM: $3,000 minimum spend

A maximum of 5 payment splits is accepted.

VIP Vegas Suite – Monday to Sunday**

6 PM–10 PM: $2,100 minimum spend

After 10 PM: $4,600 minimum spend

How Minimum Spend is Calculated

The minimum spend applies to food, drinks, and bottle service.

Taxes, service charges, and gratuities do not count towards the minimum spend.
Policy Enforcement

If the minimum spend requirement is not met by the end of your reservation, the remaining balance will be charged to the final bill.

Failure to comply with the minimum spend policy may result in cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
Special Conditions

Minimum spend requirements may be higher on holidays or special events.

Rates and policies are subject to change based on demand and management discretion.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policies are designed to be fair while ensuring efficient booking management.
Refundable vs. Non-Refundable Cases

Medium & Large Rooms:

Deposits are fully refundable if canceled at least 72 hours before the reservation date.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the reservation date are non-refundable and forfeited.

No-shows and late arrivals beyond the grace period will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

VIP Suites:

Deposits are fully refundable if canceled at least 14 days before the reservation date.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the reservation date are non-refundable and forfeited.

No-shows and late arrivals beyond the grace period will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Refund Processing & Methods

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to violating house rules or misconduct.
Rescheduling Policy

Reservations can be rescheduled based on availability if requested within the refundable time frame.

Any changes requested after the refund window has closed may result in a forfeited deposit.
Exceptions & Special Events

Special event reservations may have different cancellation policies, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

Any promotions, holiday bookings, or exclusive offers may come with non-refundable deposits.
